    Beginner and Intermediate Karate For Ages 6 and Up

    Saturday Mornings -- Tuesday Afternoons -- Thursday Afternoons and Evenings:   Learn a new skill and have fun doing it! Beginning students will develop self confidence and learn the fundamentals of karate. This class teaches simple exercise drills to increase attention span, concentration and motor skills. Class content includes various blocks, kicks, punches, self defense techniques and light sparring.

    Tennis Courts and Tennis Lessons

    The Club’s tennis courts are open to members year round. Court lights automatically shut off at 10:00 pm.

    American Red Cross Swim Program

    We offer three levels of American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim lessons for all ages, even toddlers. These one-on-one programs are available by appointment all summer long. All instructors are certified by the American Red Cross in Water Safety Instruction, Lifeguard Training with First-Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Program participation is limited to HCRA club members.
